Eastern & Central Community Trust has a Board room and meeting space that can be hired by community organisations.
The Board room has:
- Seating for approx. 15-20 people
- Data projector
- Interactive white board
- Access to wifi
- Air conditioning
Alongside the Board room is a kitchen and break-out space that can also be used to serve refreshments and food. There is a microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and a fenced outdoor area to get some fresh air. There’s also an accessible bathroom down the hall.
The Board room and meeting space can be used during or after work hours, and there is a separate exit at the end of the building for ease of access outside business hours. Onsite parking is available.
It is free for community organisations to hire, and you are welcome to bring your own food and refreshments. Those wishing to hire the facilities will need to complete and submit a hire agreement first.
