Meetings. Trustees attend at least 16 Board and sub-committee meetings per year. We estimate a trustee is required to work approximately 30 to 40 days per year.

Board meetings are held every two months at our offices in Hastings and sometimes in our regions. The Annual Public Meeting is held on a rotational basis in one of our six regions. In addition, Trustees are required to participate in a two-day retreat held each year.

Trustees are also expected to take part in sub-committees which meet separately to the Board meeting.
