Existing users

Our funding portal Fluxx will be familiar to many people. It’s the same platform that DIA uses for their funding, but this a bespoke version designed to simplify your application process, and ensure we have all the information we need to process your applications, and report back later on.

How to Register

To begin the process, click link to the Fluxx Funding Portal.   Once on that window, select the  “create an account now” button. This will take you to the eligibility quiz. Depending on the outcome, you’ll either be invited to continue, or you’ll be declined. This is designed to save your valuable time, and ours.  

If you have succeeded in passing the eligibility quiz, you can then complete your organisation registration to apply for a login and password. When your registration is approved, you will be sent a login and password, and details on how to log into Fluxx. 

Please allow up to a week to receive this.  If you don’t hear after that time period, please call us on our freephone number.  Once received,  you will be able to start applying for funding.

You will only need to register your organisation details once.  If you are changing users details (Contacts and email) for the organisation, please contact us via info@ecct.org.nz. DO NOT create a new organisation profile.  User changes need to be done through the office. 

Please note: You don’t need to have a RealMe login to access our Fluxx portal.

To access the Fluxx portal in future, simply click the Existing Users button on top right hand corner of page, or the Apply for Funding on the Home page.
